Physical Goods Returns
You may cancel an online order for physical goods within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact info@acsflighttraining.co.uk before returning an item, then send it back within 14 days of notifying us.
Returned items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage unless an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect. Once the return has been received and checked, we will refund the item price and the standard outbound delivery charge to the original payment method within 14 days.
Please contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect so that we can arrange a replacement or refund. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
The right to return does not apply to personalised goods, opened sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, digital downloads once supply has begun with consent, or services that have already been fully performed. Flying experiences, vouchers, training courses, aircraft hire, memberships and other services are governed by their applicable product terms and our Terms & Conditions.
